Torque Power, after 2 years, have finished the ultimate 'as cast' and 'cnc ported' flowing cylinder heads on the market today to suit GMH Holden V/8 engines and the new TP Big Paw and Little Paw blocks.

The newly upgraded Torque Power TP240cc, TP222cc & TP200cc alloy cylinder heads have been redesigned with more benefits than any other Holden head for sale on the market today.

New redesign benefits of the upgraded TP240cc, TP222cc and TP200cc

- One piece rocker rail for valve train stability
- Large 5/8" or 16mm drain back holes, which is a massive assistance with oil return
- Thicker deck of 0.625"
- Big 9/16" (14mm) push rod holes to suit 3/8" push rods
- Bare as cast heads TP200cc & TP240cc are supplied with CNC chambers
- TP200cc & TP240cc heads can be purchased loaded as well
- TP200cc & 240cc heads are both available in CNC ported versions
- Both head types are available in 4 and 6 head stud designs (6 stud special order in TP200cc)
- One piece water jacket
- New spark plug location

Some of the most noticeable improvements in the TP240cc, TP222cc & TP200cc over other aftermarket head designs available today are flow rates, intake valve size and the design provision to have two extra head studs per cylinder. This will provide racers with the extra clamping force required on the head gasket when high combustion pressures that are obtained when turbos, superchargers and nitrous are used. Torque-Power's new BIGPAW and LITTLEPAW blocks can likewise accommodate the extra head studs. Another improvement is the massive 2.150" or 2.180" intake valves.

Other key features are that the valve angle is still 5° providing OAHF (optimum average head flow), the spring seats can accommodate valve springs up to 1.625" in diameter.

Fitted with massive 2.150" intake and 1.625" exhaust valves in the TP240cc and 2.100" intake and 1.600" exhaust valves in the TP200cc, both heads have exceptional mid and high lift characteristics.

 
Available Configurations

The TP200cc / TP222cc is available bare, either as cast or with CNC machined chambers. The TP240cc is also available bare, but only with CNC machined chambers, not as cast. Both heads are also available with the ultimate CNC ported package - chambers, intake and exhaust ports are all CNC machined. All configurations are available with or without seats cut.

The heads can also be purchased assembled, and also in both Top End and Cam & Manifold Kits with several different spring packages.
